Well I'm gonna talk bout influence in this post...
Influence is just like a salesman offering you some of their free products to use..we will never know whether if it's good or bad..well how we know which product(influence) is the better one? Human's thinking is very simple,they will just choose the product that most people choose or satisfied with,similarly to influence.
Trend, fashion, slang language and even attitude is one part of influence, but in this post I will be talking mostly about behaviour and attitude. Who wants to be left out by friends? Of course myself never wished for that..and the only way is to follow their behaviour and way of speaking..taking example of nerds and un-nerds..which majorities is un-nerds and eventually the nerds will be left out...the un-nerds were once before the nerds..but they decided to become un-nerds in order to be one of them. No one never know who started the 'influence', but mostly it came from television or opinion leaders e.g celebrities.
Actually, it's allright to be influenced and try to follow trends...however there's some people who've chosen the wrong product(influence). Taking gangsterism as example,firstly that's so uncool and an indeed stupid influence..why just those people who've been influenced to be gangster thought that the majorities of population is non-gangster, so why become gangster for? Gangsterism is just like creating a religion with improper and illegal ritual, both are in police blacklist..and after you're jailed or whatever things happened..will you be able to be in the community again? You are being shameful now..you dun have the guts to face the public anymore..isn't that an utter mistake of choosing product(influence)? We choose 'influence' that make us to be one of the community or friendship..but now you lost it..think twice.
Being in the 20th century, i've realized that the age barrier of having relationship is getting younger. It's like primary five student already been in a boy and girl relationship. What caused this? Well of course it's the influence..mostly came from drama,comics or teenage novels. I've seen a person is so addicted to love that she MUST have a boyfriend. This is what I call teenage love..which is so often that couple broke up within a short period and eventually they don't care after they broke up coz what they need is just satisfaction of having boy/girlfriend and after they broke up they will find another one again. It's like as if you never love that particular person at all..you want relationship as what adults do..ask urself..is urs is adult or teenage love?
We need to observe patiently with more time to choose love..predict their future and OUR own future if u're married with he/she...this is wat i called adult love.With this set of thinking, eventually you will not break easily and you will appreciate what you really love..since u've already chosen wisely...the problem now is not choosing the wrong product(influence). You have chosen the RIGHT product(influence) but you are unable to use it properly..sad case hurh?just like you bought the best computer but you can't use it..it's just like the case of unable to have adult ways lof love..which caused early breakage and addiction in having relationship.
So, when a salesman comes to ur house and offer you free products, will you be able to CHOOSE and USE wisely? Well I hope so...=.=
